In the old Norse stories, the goddess Frigg is the mother of all the gods. She sees all, knows all, and chooses what to speak and when to keep silent. She is whole and complete unto Her Self.

Frigg had 12 Handmaidens, or Close Companions, each a powerful goddess in her own right and each with specific attributes. Scholars say that these 12 goddesses represented facets of the Whole, facets of the All-Mother, Frigg.

In this immersive year-long experience, you’ll not only meet each of these 12 Companions and the All-Mother, Frigg, herself but you will also be challenged by them all. Each moon cycle is a rite of passage leading up to an initiation of integration—a meeting at the center of your Being—a meeting and the challenges of Frigg.
