Creative Intuition Coaching can provide the tools, accountability, and enthusiastic support necessary for opening those channels.
Soul Healing and Guidance
The Soul-healing path spirals around and around, and the journey is never-ending. Healing and guidance work focuses on finding the gems, some quite hidden, along the way. I draw on my intuitive wisdom, shamanic training, and over 20 years of experience and education working with humans struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and addiction.
Women’s Healing & Sharing Circles
Healing & Sharing Circles occur on or near the 8 pagan holy days. Each Circle has a theme, and women are offered the opportunity to first contemplate and then share their feelings, beliefs, and insights around that theme. We witness each other in that sharing, listening deeply, and then, with these things alive from the sharing, we carry it all with us into the Breath.
These Circles are sacred. They are safe. They are powerful.
A Creative Journey with the Runes
A Creative Journey with the Runes is a self-paced creative dive into the wisdom of the Runes. The course includes a brief introduction to the 24 Runes of the Elder Futhark followed by individual lessons for each of the 24 Runes, a guided meditation, and creative prompts to help you explore each Rune more deeply.
13 Moons: The Journey to the Goddess Within
In the old Norse stories, the goddess Frigg is the mother of all the gods. She is whole and complete unto Her Self. Frigg had 12 Handmaidens, each a powerful goddess in her own right and each with specific attributes. Scholars say these 12 goddesses represented facets of the All-Mother, Frigg.
In this immersive 13-month long experience, you’ll not only meet each of these 12 Companions and the All-Mother, Frigg, herself but you will also be challenged by them all.
