In this series, we’ll explore Yin Yoga and the heart/small intestine meridians, the meridians associated with the element fire and the summer season. You’ll learn the general map of these meridians in your body; their relationship to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health; and different Yin postures that work with these meridians.
No previous yoga or yin is necessary.
Classes will be between 75 and 90 minutes long.
Price of $60 includes all 4 dates and any additional recordings or notes.
