Basic Package
$450 for the full season — Includes 7 packets, 14 live calls, and a Circle in our Nest on the Mighty Network to hold you the whole way through. You’ll also receive access to our monthly Mixer call - a sweet, casual space to gather with folks who get you.

Mentorship Package
$810 for the full season — Includes everything listed above PLUS monthly, hour-long, mentorship/guidance calls with Falki for those who would like to go deeper into the monthly themes.

Sessions are 75 to 90 minutes long. Sessions include a brief talk-space to gain clarity prior to the active breath session, 22 to 25 minutes of active breath, a period of deep relaxation, and space for reintegrating.

IMPORTANT: Breathwork may not be appropriate for individuals with a history of seizure disorder or abnormally slow heart rate. If you have questions about your health, please check with your doctor prior to engaging in any breathwork practice.
