Yin Yoga for True Beginners - A 4-week Series

$60.00

The What: A 4-week online yin yoga series for folks who are brand new to yin, as well as those who wish to know more about this slow, mindful practice, and how it can benefit body, mind, and soul. *No drop-ins.

In our Yin for True Beginners series, we focus on the very basics. You’ll learn about the philosophy behind Yin Yoga, explore some basic mindfulness and meditation practices, and learn some of the basic shapes. We’ll also talk about props - what they’re for and how to use them.
